Folkestone Rotary Club are pleased to launch their Dragons Den 2024 programme. What project could you undertake with up to £500 for your local community group, school, nursery, uniformed organisation or charity?
Ages and abilities don’t matter. All you need to do is make a good case to a Dragons’ Den panel, outlining what difference the money would make to your organisation and what it does. The first stage is a written application to the Rotary Club of Folkestone, including the details required below.
Short-listed groups will then be invited to make a five-minute presentation to a Dragons’ Den panel and then take questions. The presentations will be judged by a panel of five Rotary Club members, each with a track record of community service and business expertise at at the Burlington Hotel, on Tuesday, April 23.
A grand total of £5,000 is up for grabs and the panel will make its decision on each presentation shortly afterwards. These details should be included to apply:
- Name of club, group or organisation
- Name of contact person for this application
- Contact details for this application
- Brief outline of project, to be expanded at the presentation
