Biking buddies buckle up for 400 mile ride for St David's Hospice

Two Llandudno businessmen have joined forces to help raise fund for a leading north Wales charity.
Paul Williams, General Manager at Llandudno Pier and Dean Seager, who owns Dean Seager Building and Plastering Contractors, are taking up the challenge of cycling 400 miles throughout the month of February. All money raised from their charity challenge will be donated to St David’s Hospice.
Paul said: “We are doing it for St David’s Hospice as they have supported so many local families through their darkest times. The service they provide is invaluable and essential. We are proud to support such a great cause.”

This is the second year that the Llandudno duo have powered up the pedals for charity. Last February they took on the same challenge but have decided to add an extra 100 miles to their target — and will also be completing a ‘Dry February’ throughout the month.
“St David’s Hospice is a charity close to me as my father was cared for in Llandudno, and a member of my family also works for the Hospice” explained Dean.
Shannon Kelly-Jones, Challenge Fundraiser for St David’s said: “We are incredibly grateful to Paul and Dean for their efforts. This is a grueling challenge and requires some series dedication which they’ve proved that they are more than capable of with their past fundraising for the hospice.
“Fundraising from our Hospice Heroes like Paul and Dean help allow St David’s Hospice to continue to provide vital care and support to those suffering with life limited illnesses in our community.”
