A charity in Brighton, East Sussex, has partnered with guest judges, including popular writer, Dame Jacqueline Wilson, to create a children's book of poetry celebrating 'Why We Love Sussex'.

The Sussex Cancer Fund have invited children between the ages of six and 16 to write and illustrate poems on what they love about the county.

The winning entries will be published in a book, which will be sold to raise vital funds for the charity.

Local author, Jill Hucklesby, and Dr Ollie Minton, director of Cancer Services at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, will also be judging the poems.
