Various planning applications were submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council last week.

The list of received applications can be found below:

• Erect two-storey side extension at 1 Sycamore Houses, St Davids Lane, Woodfieldside, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood.
• Erect two detached dwellings at Ty Carreg Las, 38 The Glade, Wyllie, Blackwood.
• Erect single-storey side and rear extension with terrace above, garage extension with accommodation above and alterations to internal layout and fenestrations at Waun Y Coed, Twyn College Lane, Pentwyn-Mawr, Newport.
• Erect single-storey rear extension at 7 Gelli-Ron, Penpedairheol, Hengoed.
• Demolish apartment and garage and redevelop as recreation room with first-floor accommodation at  Ironbridge Cottage, The Row To Gwern-Y-Goytre, Draethen, Newport.
• Change the use of existing garage into beauty studio at  23 Cardiff Road, Glan-y-Nant, Blackwood.
