Caerphilly planning applications week ending February 18

Various planning applications have recently been submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council, this week.

The list of received applications can be found below:-

• Change the use to A3 to include take away at Unit 21-23, Afon Court, Greenway, Bedwas House Industrial Estate, Bedwas, Caerphilly.
• Demolish existing single storey extension and erect a new two storey side and rear extension at 23 Bryn Awel, Cefn Hengoed, Hengoed.
• Change the use from community hall into a single residential dwelling at Abertysswg Pensioner's Hall, 13 The Green, Abertysswg, Tredegar.
• Construct a 250mm diameter pipe bridge crossing the Rhymney River and associated structural elements either side of the river at Land At Grid Ref 315344 201879, Station Terrace, Brithdir.
• Extend the existing rear extension at 40 Hillside Terrace, Bedwas, Caerphilly.
• Erect garage at 72 Fair View, Pengam, Blackwood.

• Demolish existing conservatory and erect single storey rear extension at 33 St Andrews Drive, Blackwood.
• Erect single storey front extension at 1 Homeleigh, Newbridge, Newport.
• Demolish existing porch and erect new front porch, alterations to vehicular access and parking and existing walls of the dwelling insulated and finished with K render at 37 Beech Grove, Oakdale, Blackwood.
• Erect first floor rear extension to existing single storey extension at 23 Glebe Street, Bedwas, Caerphilly.
