Caerphilly planning applications week ending February 27

This week, various planning applications were submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council.

The list of received applications can be found below:

• Demolish existing conservatory, erect single-storey extension with disability access and demolish rear shed and construct undercover therapy pool at 24 Waungoch Road, Oakdale, Blackwood.
• Erect residential development of 153 units with new access, landscaping, drainage arrangements and associated works at Land At Grid Ref 311809 189556, Windsor Way, Abertridwr.
• Retain the erection of a new boundary wall adjacent to highway/footpath at 17 Aneurin, Bevan Avenue, Gelligaer, Hengoed.
• Change the use of a stone barn into a three-bed dwelling with car parking at Gwaun Gledyr, Isaf Farm, Old Nantgarw Road, Groeswen.
• Seek approval of the reserved matters in respect of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of planning consent 21/0062/NMA (Seek approval of a non-material amendment to planning consent 19/0009/OUT (Erect four new semi-detached dwellings with associated car parking and amenity space) at 202 Bedwas Road, Caerphilly.

• Change the use from a betting shop to coffee shop at Former Atas Palo Ltd, 93 Commercial Street, Aberbargoed, Bargoed.
• Vary condition 02 (Approved Plans) of planning consent 20/0713/FULL (Erect single-storey rear and side extension, demolish existing garage, conservatory and side porch and provide L-shaped single-storey extension and replace roof to create a three-bedroom dormer property) to alter two individual dormers to one continuous dormer along the rear elevation of the roof at 9 Gwerthonor Lane, Gilfach, Bargoed.
• Erect car port at 47 Chatham, Machen, Caerphilly.
• Remove existing window in the gable end of the building and replace with singular direction extraction fan that would remove internal warm air to the exterior at Winding House Museum, Cross Street, Elliot's Town, New Tredegar.
• Install eight fascia signs, two projecting signs and eight graphic signs at Tesco Express, Unit C, Highfields Way, Blackwood.
• Erect new porch and single-storey rear extension at 15 Bryn-y-Fran Avenue, Trethomas, Caerphilly.
• Erect single-storey rear extension at 46 Park Place, Pontymister, Risca, Newport.
• Erect single-storey side extension including widening of the existing side building and other alterations including creation of front porch infill of front canopy and alterations to window/door openings at 4 Nantyfelin, Draethen, Newport.
• Erect single-storey rear extension at 26 Coed Duon View, Pentwyn-Mawr, Newport.
• Erect two-storey extension to GP surgery and associated works at Wellspring Medical Centre, Park Road, Pontymister, Risca, Newport.
• Erect first-floor rear extension at  11 Crescent Road, Risca, Newport.
• Tree works at Cilmeri, Rectory Close, Caerphilly.
• Erect 16 signs at Starbucks, Asda Stores Ltd, Pontygwindy Road, Caerphilly.
• Erect single-storey rear and side extensions at 6 Caldey Island Way, Caerphilly.
• Erect single-storey rear extension at 8 Crescent Road, Risca, Newport.
