Caerphilly planning applications week ending January 30

Various planning applications were submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council last week.

The list of received applications can be found below:

• Obtain a Lawful Development Certificate to seek confirmation that works to implement planning application 16/0623/FULL have begun within five years of the date on the decision notice at 31 Thomasville, Penyrheol, Caerphilly.
• Erect two-storey rear extension at 15 Lower Ochrwyth, Ochrwyth, Newport.
• Demolish existing garage and construct hardstanding and other external alterations at Ty Wern, Manmoel Crossing, Argoed, Blackwood.
• Seek approval of the reserved matters in respect of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of planning consent 19/0127/OUT (Erect a detached dwelling) at Land At 104 Bailey Street, Deri, Bargoed.
• Installation of cesspit at Pontywaun Spiritual Church, Hall's Road, Crosskeys.
• Vary condition 1 (Approved Plans) and remove conditions 3 (Revised Door Details), 5 (Passing Bays) and 7 (Improvements to Existing Access) of planning consent 20/0396/COU (Convert existing agricultural unit to tourist accommodation and retain new windows and doors) at Ty Isaf Farm, Pandy-Mawr Road, Bedwas, Caerphilly.
• Retain and complete construction of new pipe-bridge over the River Rhymney consisting of a steel pipe structure spanning between pile supports located in grass land on both sides of the river Case at Land At Grid Ref 315344 201879, Station Terrace, Brithdir.
• Obtain a Lawful Development Certificate to operate an administrative centre for a private hire company at Suite 1A3 - The Octagon, Van Court, Caerphilly Business Park, Caerphilly.
• Erect five-bedroom detached house at Land To The Rear Of 1 Commercial Street, Pengam, Blackwood.
• Change the use from public house (A3) to residential dwelling (C3) at Rose And Crown Inn, Eglwysilan, Abertridwr, Caerphilly.
• Erect single-storey extension to rear of property at 17 Dynevor Terrace, Nelson, Treharris.

• Erect rear and side single-storey extension and associated work at 14 Cae Llwyd, Caerphilly.
• Erect single-storey side extension at 1 Nursery Crescent, Rhymney, Tredegar.
• Replace defective screen fence with brick screen wall, construct off-street vehicular hardstanding and conduct associated work at 18 Lon-Y-Tresglen, Caerphilly.
• Erect single-storey rear extension and detached out building to rear amenity area at 6 St Clears Close, Caerphilly.
• Demolish and replace existing two-storey rear extension with three-storey extension, extend and update rear balcony at 6 Park Lane, Tredomen, Hengoed.
• Erect first-floor rear extension and loft conversion with rear flat-roof dormer at 46 Tredegar Street, Crosskeys, Newport.
• Erect single-storey rear extension at 69 Meadowland Close, Caerphilly.
• Retain and complete the change of use from shop to hot food takeaway including fitting of external mechanical ventilation flue to rear at Former Chat 'n' Snak, 132 Newport Road, Cwmcarn, Newport.
• Retain boundary fencing and installation of seven storage units at Soul Soothing Complimentary Therapies, Unit 12, Poplar Road, Caerphilly.
• Change the use of single dwelling into C4 HMO at 25 Cedar Road, Trinant, Newport.
• Erect first-floor side extension at 23 Rhyd-Y-Gwern Close, Porset, Caerphilly.
• Convert loft and erect front and rear dormers  at 86A Toronto Close, Penmaen, Oakdale, Blackwood.
• Erect rear and side single-storey extensions at 10 Cae Marchog, Caerphilly.
• Demolish existing garage to side of dwelling and erect a two-storey side extension and a single-storey front and rear extensions at Sunnyside Cottage, Craig Llan, Nant-Y-Cwm, Rudry, Caerphilly.
