Various planning applications have recently been submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council, this week.

The list of received applications can be found below:-

• Install an ATM machine through the shop front glazing and associated works at Lifestyle Express 71 Commercial Street, Senghenydd, Caerphilly.
• Retain and complete the erection of a single dwelling at 44 Sword Hill, Caerphilly.
• Erect detached house and garage at Land At Grid Ref 321955 187224 Yew Tree Cottage To The Row, Draethen.
• Erect single storey side extension with accommodation at first floor level and dormers to front and rear elevation, together with alterations and modifications to existing bungalow to extend accommodation at first floor level and the provision of new dormer to front elevation at Tynewydd Bungalow, High Street, Newbridge, Newport.

• Erect single storey rear extension to dwelling at 29 St Cenydd Road, Trecenydd, Caerphilly.
• Demolish existing rear conservatory and erect single storey rear extension in lieu with first floor side extension above existing garage/utility at 7 Cae Bryn, Abertridwr, Caerphilly.
• Change the use from offices to A3 with external vertical flue to the rear at Draig Personnel, 1 Bartlett Street, Caerphilly.
• Demolish existing outbuildings and construct new single storey flat roof extension to same overall depth but increased width at Wingfield Stores, 41 Wingfield Crescent, Llanbradach, Caerphilly.
• Remodel and extend bungalow (including alterations to the ridge height and pitch of the roof to facilitate the provision of attic rooms with dormer windows and roof lights) and construction of a detached garage at Crosswinds, 3 Maerdy Crossing Bungalows, Abertysswg Road, Rhymney, Tredegar.
• Replace the rear ground floor pitched roof sections with flat roof terrace & balustrade at 4 Clos Gwernydd, Caerphilly.
• Erect single storey rear extension at 2 Starling Walk, Penallta, Hengoed.
