Various planning applications have recently been submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council, this week.

The list of received applications can be found below:-

• Vary condition 2 (approved plans) of planning consent 20/0884/FULL (Erect two storey side extension) to add a French door and balcony to the rear bedroom of the extension to add extra natural light to the room at 1 Cae Uwchllyn, Caerphilly.
• Change the use of the first and second floor to create 4 flats and elevation changes to ground floor front and rear at 42-43 High Street, Bargoed.
• Erect 5 No. light industrial units at Land at St David's Service Station, Pengam Road, Pengam, Blackwood.
• Erect rural enterprise dwelling at Smugglers Livery And Equestrian Centre, Smugglers Run, Pen-Deri Farm Lane, Argoed, Blackwood.

• Erect single storey side/rear extension at 8 Cardigan Way, Cefn Fforest, Blackwood.
• Erect single storey pitched roof side extension at 31 Ffordd Y Maes, Caerphilly.
• Demolish existing detached garage and replace with granny annexe at The Manse, Church Road, Abertridwr, Caerphilly.
• Erect detached garage to replace existing demolished garage at 36 Overdene, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood.
• Erect new dwelling and associated external works at Land within the curtilage of 1 Cae Pen-Y-Graig, Caerphilly.
• Erect single storey rear extension at Ty Pen Y Cae, Park Place, Newbridge, Newport.
• Erect front porch at 37 Waun Draw, Caerffili.
• Reduce crown to the oak tree and remove the new growth to the stem of the oak tree (Tree Preservation Order 119/81/GCC) at Coed Duon House, St Davids Lane, Woodfieldside, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood.
• Erect single storey rear orangery extension at 18 Downey Grove, Penpedairheol, Hengoed.
• Remove Ash and Sycamore trees from the front and rear of property at 7 Nantyfelin, Draethen, Newport.
