Caerphilly planning applications week ending March 13

This week, various planning applications were submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council.

The list of received applications can be found below:

  • Erect single dwelling and associated external works at Land At Grid Ref 322642 193834, The Graig, Cwmcarn.  
  • Vary condition 02 of planning consent 19/0276/NCC (Vary Condition 6 (Hours of operation) of planning consent 12/0570/FULL (Extend existing quarry operations including new drainage system and settlement ponds, landscape bunds and associated works) to extend the hours of operation for utility providers) to extend the period of extraction and restoration works at the site for a further two years (in each case) so that extraction of minerals shall now cease by December 31, 2024 and restoration shall be completed by December 31, 2032 at Gelliargwellt, Uchaf Farm, Gelligaer Road, Gelligaer, Hengoed.
  • Change the use from cafe to two-bedroom flat at Former Deb's Cafe, 3 High Street, Senghenydd, Caerphilly.
  • Demolish part single-storey extension and erect single-storey front extension at The Shambles, 5 Mountain Road, Caerphilly.
  • Erect front canopy and forecourt alterations to main entrance at The Fish Factory, 102 St Cenydd Road, Trecenydd, Caerphilly.

  • Alter existing outbuilding from single to two-storey to create ancillary accommodation, and demolish existing metal annexe to rear of outbuilding at Witchwood, The Run, Machen, Caerphilly.
  • Erect first-floor side extension front porch and create new front car parking space at 11 Herons Way, Caerphilly.
  • Obtain a Lawful Development Certificate for construction of detached garage at Llanerch Farm, Llanerch Lane, Manmoel, Blackwood.
  • Demolish existing single-storey extension and erect single-storey rear extension with part two-storey extension at 32 Nantgarw Road, Caerphilly.
  • Raise ridge height to front and rear dormers and replace garage at 70 St David's Way, Watford, Caerphilly.
  • Demolish existing outbuilding and erect detached dwelling and parking at Land Within Curtilage Of 1 Woodland Place, Gilfach, Bargoed.
  • Demolish existing garage to erect two-storey side extension at 101 Ruperra Street, New Tredegar.
