Caerphilly planning applications week ending March 27

Various planning applications have been submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council this week.

The list of received applications can be found below:

• Redevelop and extend part of the factory building including increase to roof height to facilitate the relocation of existing cooking equipment, installation of new cooking equipment and provide new refrigerated area at R F Brookes, Azalea Road, Rogerstone, Newport.
• Erect single-storey extension at 2 Acacia Terrace, Abercarn, Newport.

• Construct dormer conversion to extend bathroom and erect first-floor balcony to side of dwelling at 74 Heol Barri Energlyn, Caerphilly.
• Demolish existing single-storey extension and erect two-storey rear extension and front porch at 10 Maes-Y-Garn Road, Oakdale, Blackwood.

• Convert loft, construct roof dormer and erect side extension at Golygfa'r-cwm, School Lane, Rhymney, Tredegar.
• Obtain a Lawful Development Certificate for replacement of existing garage with new outbuilding at 59 Heol Ty-Gwyn, Llanbradach, Caerphilly.
• Erect two detached dwellings at Plot 9 and 10 Land At Grid Ref 316564 201006, Heol-Y-Bedw-Hirion, Markham.
• Alter application 21/0490/FULL to bring the first-floor extension inline with the front of the house at 28 Penmaen Close, Cefn Hengoed, Hengoed.
• Retain raised ground level to enlarge the garden and erect 1.8m privacy screen at 22 Starling Walk, Penallta, Hengoed.
• Erect five-bedroom detached dwelling at Land At Grid Ref 317533 193532, The Glade, Wyllie.
• Demolish existing conservatory and erect single-storey side extension at Hillside Cottage, Lon Cwm-Corrwg, Argoed, Blackwood.
