Caerphilly planning applications week ending June 5

This week, various planning applications have been submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council.

The list of received applications can be found below:

• Erect 79 dwellings and seek approval of access, appearance, layout and scale at Land At Grid Ref 321671 321671, Old Pant Road, Pantside, Newport.
• Erect single-storey extension with first-floor balcony and single-storey structure with swimming pool at Troed Rhiw Las Farm, Troed-Rhiw-Las Lane, Risca, Newport.
• Remove conditions 06 (Site Clearance), 07 (Biodiversity Enhancement), 08 (Contamination - scheme to treat), 09 (Contamination - soil import testing), 10 (Contamination - validation), 11 (Materials), 12 (Landscaping), 13 (Boundary Treatment) of planning consent 20/0877/FULL (Erect two-storey detached dwelling complete with low level garage) at Land At Grid Ref 317750 317750, High Street, Argoed.
• Change the use to extend current curtilage area, erect outside garden room and include veranda on ancillary building (coach house) at Caerau House, Pengam Road, Penpedairheol, Hengoed.

• Install Medpoint prescription collection machine to the existing shop front window at Mayberry Pharmacy, 40 Cardiff Road, Caerphilly.
• Install vinyl wrap to the front of the Medpoint machine along with Medpoint logo and operational instructions at Mayberry Pharmacy, 40 Cardiff Road, Caerphilly.
• Erect two three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings at Land Adjacent To 1 Penyffordd, Trecenydd, Caerphilly.
• Erect single-storey side and rear extension at 20 Morlais Court, Hendredenny, Caerphilly.
• Change the use from four-bedroom dwelling to two two-bedroom flats at 9 Bridge Terrace, Newbridge, Newport.
• Carry out internal alterations, replace conservatory roof and install rear garden air source heat pump at Brynhyfryd, Crescent Road, Caerphilly.
• Erect ground-floor side extension and single-storey rear extension at 11 Clos Tir Twyn, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed.
• Erect three-bedroom detached dwelling at Plot 2, Land Adjacent To Mount Pleasant Inn, Mount Pleasant Row, Pentwyn, Bargoed.
• Erect two three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings at Land At Former Central Hall Site, Wood Street, Bargoed.
• Erect garage to replace previous garage at 1 Penrhiw Terrace, Abercarn, Newport.
