Caerphilly planning applications week ending November 7

Various planning applications have recently been submitted to Caerphilly County Borough Council, this week.

The list of received applications can be found below:

• Erect single storey rear conservatory at 41 Elim Way Pontllanfraith Blackwood.
• Retain four outbuildings and hardstand at The Old Watermill Rudry Mill Farm Lane Rudry Caerphilly.
• Retain and complete the change of use of the land for holiday accommodation with two Romany Vardoo caravans at Troed-Y-Rhiw Farm Troed-Y-Rhiw Road Wattsville Newport.
• Vary condition 2 (Approved plans) to amend elevations to install larger dormer windows to the rear and front elevation, together with the additional changes to the roof design at 9 Gwerthonor Lane Gilfach Bargoed.
• Change the use from mixed use surgery and self-contained first floor flat to three flats (total four flats) at Village Surgery 2-3 Lewis Terrace Oak Terrace Llanbradach Caerphilly.
• Erect a detached three-bedroom two-storey house at plot 2 land adjacent to Mount Pleasant Row, Pentwyn Bargoed.
• Demolish existing conservatory and erect single storey side extension and install roof windows at 10 Woodland Drive Trinant Newport.
• Vary condition 01 of planning consent 16/0385/FULL (Erect a single wind turbine of up to 77m tip height and associated infrastructure) to extend the period of time within which development can commence by a further three years at land at Grid Ref 310978 191842 Graig-yr-hufen Road Senghenydd.

• Replace existing ruined longhouse farmhouse with a new replica on identical site as replacement farmhouse, ground mounted solar PV array and parking area at Land At Grid Ref 323835 194805 Rhyswg Ganol Farm Lane Cwmcarn.
• Erect garage/workshop with ancillary office accommodation at first floor to facilitate home working  at Ty Pentre Farm Pentre Lane Mynyddislwyn Blackwood.
• Change the use of a redundant takeaway to a vet's practice and install six air conditioning units at Unit A Highfields Way Blackwood.
• Erect first floor extension at 2 The Meadows Cromwell Road Risca Newport.
• Construct driveway to front of property including dropped kerbs at 129 Pontygwindy Road Caerphilly.
• Construct an additional storey, extension of existing basement, construction of a balcony, along with external alterations at Ty Gwyn 60 Abernant Road Markham Blackwood.
• Erect two storey and single storey rear extension and internal loft conversion at 11 Crescent Road Risca Newport.
• Demolish existing conservatory and single storey rear extension and erect two storey rear extension with external alterations at 10 Garth Lane Rudry Caerphilly.

• Erect summer house in garden at 19 Quantock Close Trenewydd Park Risca Newport.
• Erect single storey rear extension at 5 Pen-Y-Lan Terrace Treowen Newport.
• Erect new dwelling and associated external works at 1 Cae Pen-Y-Graig Caerphilly.
• Change the use of residential dwelling to a C4 HMO at 53 Sir Ivor Road Pontllanfraith Blackwood.
• Construct hard standing for parking of a private vehicle at 54 Penylan Road Argoed Blackwood.
• Demolish existing garage and erect new detached garage at 122 Van Road Caerphilly.
• Enlarge existing ground floor rear extension and erect first floor extension above at 4 Griffiths Street Ystrad Mynach Hengoed.
