Cardiff planning applications week ending January 9

This week, various planning applications have been submitted to Cardiff Council.

The list of received applications can be found below:

  • Introduce a new internal room within the reception to house an additional deposit taking machine within a secure enclosure at 18-19 Trinity Street, City Centre, Cardiff
  • Discharge of condition 5 (floodlights) of 20/01459/MNR at Caedelyn Park, Caedelyn Road, Whitchurch.
  • Removal of existing conservatory to be replaced by rear single-storey extension and minor alterations to existing side extension at 54 Broad Street, Canton, Cardiff

  • New signage at Marchmount House and Dumfries House, 10 and 11 Dumfries Place, City Centre, Cardiff
  • Hip to gable and rear dormer roof extension at 47 Avondale Crescent, Grangetown, Cardiff.
  • Reduction in number of windows to the side wall of the proposed ground-floor extension (in-fill beneath existing first-floor side addition). Setting out, sill height and window sizes have also been amended - previously approved under application 21/00692/DCH at 8 Everard Way, Lakeside, Cardiff.
  • Wrap around free standing canopy extending along the front elevation at  4-5 Mill lane, City Centre, Cardiff.
  • Tree works at Landore Court, Charles Street, City Centre, Cardiff.
