Various planning applications have been submitted to Carmarthenshire County Council.

The list of received applications can be found below.

  • Four Detached Residential Units and Shared Private Drive Re-submission of Planning approval E/26685 (lapsed) Gwynfryn, College Street, Ammanford.
  • The addition of four no. eight-metre high lighting columns to light the existing Muga using electrical infrastructure already in place. Penyfan Park, Off Firth Road, Llanelli.
  • Discharge of condition 3 relating to application PL/03060. Rhydygors Cp School, Llansteffan Road, Johnstown, Carmarthen.
  • Proposed conversion of garage/utility/sun room into utility/snug - sitting room. 2, Ystrad Close, Johnstown, Carmarthen.
  • It is clear that the application in February 2010 was a retrospective one for works completed (probably) in 2009 and that the intended use of the roof was always for it to be a sun deck. It had fencing and decking installed and the plans approved by Carmarthenshire CC allowed for steps to provide access to the sundeck. The steps were installed many many years and due to their age are now in need of replacement. This indicates that the steps were constructed at the point at, or very close to, the date at which permission was given. I believe therefore that the steps have been in general use since 2010 and have not been the cause of any complaint, or enforcement action and therefore LDC should be issued.   • Single-storey rear extension. Clais, Rhos, Llandysul.
  • Change of use of premises from D2 Assembly and Leisure - Personal training to industrial and warehousing unit (class B1, B2, B8). The unit was previously under use in classes B1, B2 and B8. Zodiac Milpro, Dafen Road, Dafen, Llanelli.
  • Retention of and change of use to allow the existing timber shack in Llanelli North Dock to also allow the rental of leisure equipment, such as paddle boards. Millennium Quays Car Park, Traeth Ffordd, Llanelli.

  • Non-Material Amendment to Condition 12 on S/40756 (Biodiversity-led CEMP). Former C E M Day Ltd, Sandy Road, Llanelli.
  • Discharge of Conditions 4 and 5 on PL/03398 (Anchor details for anti-flood displacement and detail of container colour). Trinity Methodist Church, Bridge Street, Kidwelly.

  • Non-Material Amendment to E/40651 (To amend the scale parameters stipulated in the outline approval in order to allow the construction of one single-storey dwelling of a lower ridge height). Bryntelych, Carmel, Llanelli.
