Various planning applications have been submitted to Sedgemoor District Council, with some decisions also made this week.

Planning applications received by Sedgemoor District Council last week include:

• Replacement of two external timber doors on the ground floor at St Johns Court, Houlgate Way, Axbridge, Somerset.
• Tree works at Brambles, Stone Allerton, Somerset.
• Certificate of Lawfulness for the existing and continuous use of the former driving range structure, referred to as Lavender Lodge, as a residential dwelling (Use Class C3) at Penstone, The Lippiatt, Cheddar, Somerset.
• Tree works in a conservation area at Kings Of Wessex Church Of England Community School, Station Road, Cheddar.
• Application to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed change of use of an agricultural building to a single dwelling and associated operational development at Littlemoor Farm, Littlemoor, Mark, Somerset.
• Single-storey extension to side elevation and associated landscaping at Batch Farm, Rughill, Cocklake, Somerset.
• General purpose agricultural building at land to the south of Ashton Drove, Ashton, Wedmore, Somerset.

Planning applications decided by Sedgemoor District Council last week include:

• Porch to front north west elevation and a two-storey extension to the rear (south-east) elevation at 2 Chestnut Avenue, Axbridge. Granted permission.
• Tree works in a conservation area at The Grange, Front Street, Stone Allerton. Granted permission.
• Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 17/19/00064 (Erection of a two-storey extension to (east) elevation) to amend the approved drawings to alter the external material and parking arrangements at Trelawney, Tweentown, Cheddar. Granted permission.
• Stable building at Southwick House, Southwick Road, Mark. Granted permission.
