Submitted by Richard How

People who have experienced food hardship as a result of being furloughed are able to access an emergency food bank supported by the Conwy Valley Rotary's Temporary Assistance Fund, in association with Golygfa Gwydyr.

The Rotary has donated £2,000 towards setting up the food bank which will support individuals and families from Llanrwst and surrounding areas of rural Conwy.

Additional monetary and food donations have been made by local trusts, businesses and private individuals.

The food bank can be found at Ty Llewelyn in Llanrwst, Conwy.

Anyone in the area experiencing food hardship can contact Rosie Evans from Golygfa Gwydyr on 07843 766054 for help (GDPR rules apply).
