Coronavirus Diaries: Kent needs a hotline for elderly people to call and chat

The reason I have written this diary entry is that I am hoping that in our area we can have a hotline where the elderly can chat and have a conversation with people.
I would love to do this. To be isolated is a very hard situation for anyone, especially for those who don't have family members with them.
Like everybody else, shopping has been the hardest. I decided not to panic buy, I have just been to the corner shop everyday.
I just don't see why people panic buy - it's not fair to the elderly.
