Diamond anniversary celebrations for Ayr couple

It was all smiles for this Ayr couple who toasted to 60 years of marriage.
James and Elizabeth Gray marked their Diamond Wedding Anniversary with a special visit from Depute Provost Mary Kilpatrick, who popped along to congratulate the pair on their anniversary armed with a beautiful basket of flowers and a card.
James, who is originally from Prestwick, met Elizabeth, from Ayr, while out dancing.
The couple married at Castlehill Church and settled down in Ayr, and now have three children, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
