CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS: The Firs Nursery Nativity

A Chester school has been celebrating the festive season with nursery members treating the school and parents to a special nativity play performance.

The Firs School Chester's parent group began the celebrations at the start of December with the Christmas fair and then children were treated to a trip to watch the Robin Hood pantomime at Theatre Clywd. The school celebrated Christmas Jumper Day and took part in a reindeer run which raised money for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. School chef James, also prepared a Christmas lunch for the children to enjoy.

Rosemary Evans-Moore, headteacher said: “We are delighted that the entire school has enjoyed the term and that we have been able to celebrate the festive season with various Christmas-related activities. We are very proud of our Firs family and it is always very special to see everyone come together to enjoy themselves.”
