Get some good food, while watching sports on state-of-the-art screens. It does breakfast, lunch and dinner. The classic American hotdogs are already sounding like the main draw for Wharfers.

Ippudo

Japanese ramen specialist chain Ippudo is setting up its second London restaurant at Canary Wharf’s Crossrail Place. The company was founded in 1985 in Japan’s ramen capital of Hakata by Shigemi Kawahara, who opened his flagship London site in Central St Giles last year.

OPENING LATE SUMMER

Big Easy Bar.B.Q and Lobstershack

This grill and lobster house will occupy 11,000sq ft on the top floor roof terrace of the rail terminal. That’s only 2,500sq ft less than an Olympic swimming pool. It will include an oyster and raw bar, an outdoor terrace and an open kitchen with a pit room, which will include three two-tonne smokers.
