Only two games survived the wet weather and both were in the C D.Vale Brickwork Section B.

In what could be a tight three horse race for the title, third placed Axis United did their goal difference a world of good with a comprehensive 8-0 thumping of bottom team Waverton

A Leon Flatman hat trick, two goals apiece from Jordan Fulton and Terry Riley, and one from George Farrell took Axis to within five points of the leaders with a game in hand.

In windy conditions at The Flacca, AFC Tattenhall and AC Innovent were locked together at 2-2 with five minutes to play, but a late surge by the home side saw them grab two late goals to seal a 4-2 victory.

Elliot Pryce and Macaulay Salter had twice given Innovent the lead in the first half, but were pegged back by a 35 yard lob from Charlie Cooke, and a strike from James Withe.

Kyle Evans netted the third after 85 minutes, and a second from James Withe in the last minute settled the outcome in favour of Tattenhall.
