Congratulations go to Waverton Centurion who have reached a cup final for the first time in their 42 year history.
The Centurions clawed their way back from being 2-0 down at half time against Axis United to equalise with the last kick of the game. They then triumphed 3-2 in the penalty shoot out to book their place in the Chester & District FA Sunday Cup final. Waverton's goalscoring heroes were Kieran Carney and Kyre Bray.
In Concorde Trophies Section A, Tarvin Rex came back from a two goal deficit, to emerge 3-2 victors against FC Mitchell Construction. Callum Woods pulled a goal back before half time, Alex Wilkinson levelled just after the break, and then Charlie Marsh grabbed the winner.
Custom House extended their lead at the top of the C.D. Vale Brickwork Section B, but they were made to fight all the way for a hard earned 1-0 victory over AC Innovent, who missed a first half penalty.
Custom took full advantage when evergreen captain Dale Harris grabbed the all important winner.
Second placed Dee Rangers had their title hopes dented after a 3-2 home defeat to AFC Tattenhall. Goals from Sean Weatherby, James Withe and Olly Sayles gave the away team a well deserved win.
Jason Lucas and Gary Wilson replied for Dee.
The Gunners need just three more points to seal the AJL Sports Management Section C title after a resounding 9-0 win over Great Sutton.
Kris Jones led the way with four goals, Ryan Nicoll bagged a brace, and Terry Watts, Reece Bridge and Thiago Figueira added one apiece.
