Frome garages with 'clear potential' go on sale
The auction will take place online on Wednesday, February 10
A row of nine lock-up garages with development potential in a residential part of Frome is for sale at auction.
The terrace off Queen’s Road, close to the town centre of Frome, Somerset, has a freehold guide price of £60,000 to £70,000.
It is among the lots in the first auction of 2021 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson Auctioneers.
The auction will take place online on Wednesday, February 10.
Senior auction appraiser Audrey Smith said: “This row of lock-up garages is tucked away in a well-established residential area.
“With parking space in demand, there is scope for individual lettings to gain a return on investment.
“However, there is also clear potential for some type of residential development, subject to the necessary consents.”
The site measures 0.20 acres, including driveway and turning area.
