Real ale fans sup drinks in glorious sunshine at final day of Reading Beer and Cider festival

Blazing sunshine greated real ale and cider fans from around Reading at the last day of a hugely popular festival.
Hundreds turned out to enjoy the weather and the drinks for the end of the Reading Beer and Cider Festival on Sunday, May 6.
The event at Christchurch Meadows saw families turn out to play games like giant jenga and enjoy musical entertainment.
Adults supped more than 550 cask-conditioned ales and 160 ciders and perries over the course of the four-day event, which was the 24th run by Reading and Mid Berkshire's Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
The final day saw some magnificent outfits, with a number of pirates and princesses spotted by our photographer.

And a group of mates appear to be indulging in a bout of spontaneous country dancing.
There was plenty of food to soak up the booze with at the event in Reading, Berkshire, with guests enjoying grub like hog roasts and Cornish pasties.
