Gloria Hunniford OBE to spend an afternoon with Chelmsford retirees
The television personality will be hosting the Walter House opening event in the city centre.

The legendary broadcaster and television host, Gloria Hunniford, will be spending the afternoon at a luxury retirement development in Chelmsford's city centre.
Fresh on the heels of her recent performance on ITV’s The Masked Singer, Gloria will be bringing her trademark glamour and bubbly personality to Rainsford Road, Chelmsford, Essex.
During the afternoon event, retirees from across the city will be able to listen to Gloria regale them with anecdotes from her 40-year career in broadcasting before being given the opportunity to get to know the real Gloria in a candid Q&A session.
From her early days as a singer through to successful stints on radio and TV, Gloria has made a name for herself as one of Britain’s most loved presenters.
Now aged 81, Gloria continues to grace our screens with regular presenting and panel appearances on shows such as Rip Off Britain, Holidays & Live and Loose Women, Morning Live and The One Show, and most recently as “Snow Leopard” on the third series of The Masked Singer.
The event will be held in the Sky Lounge in the new Walter House show complex, which offers incredible views out across the city and beyond.

Gloria will be visiting the city on Tuesday, February 15 and will be at the Sky Lounge from 1pm to 3pm as part of the Walter House show complex opening.
Attendees are also invited to take a tour of the new development, and fizz and canapes will also be available.
