Hemyock Poppy makers showcase work
On Saturday, October 22 they will be holding a coffee and cake morning at St Marys Church from 10am until noon
A dedicated group of folk have been handcrafting poppies in Hemyock and have produced some dazzling displays in recent years in the lead up to Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday.
On Saturday, October 22 they will be holding a coffee and cake morning at St Marys Church from 10am until noon.
There will be a small amount of memorabilia as well as visitors being able to see the displays produced by village groups from the Toddler Group through to the Brightside Club and Men in the Shed.
There is no charge but donations will be shared between the Royal British Legion and St Marys.
