This fortnightly round-up features a selection of some of the news stories from Hart District that we've told about your community that you may have missed between February 14 and 27.
The latest Hampshire vaccination centre welcomed its first visitors on February 17, opening another front in the battle against coronavirus.
The Harlington in Fleet, Hampshire, started vaccinating people in the 65 to 69 age group and those aged under 65 who are classified as clinically at risk, saving them the journey others have previously had to make to other nearby centres.

Fleet also opened an asymptomatic coronavirus testing centre recently as approval was given for Hampshire County Council to push ahead with the six-week scheme.
The centre, based at the Hart District Council Offices, will offer testing to people who are regularly leaving their home for work and are not showing any symptoms who are not covered by an existing workplace testing scheme.

Hart District Council has become the latest group in the community to give support to an initiative run by the Lions organisation that aims to give every child access to IT when educating from home.
The project started early last year with requests for just a handful of computers per month, but the onset of Covid-19 changed this, and demand soon began to outstrip supply.
Lions from Hook, Odiham, Yateley and Fleet were involved in the scheme.

As the country continues its fightback against coronavirus, the tireless work of all involved in the vaccination roll-out in North East Hampshire and Farnham has helped to deliver over 50,000 doses.
Speaking to InYourArea, Leo Docherty MP said the "amazing feat" was an indication of the hard work being put in by all involved.

Hart District Council is encouraging all residents to take part in next month’s 2021 census to help shape the future of local services.
Run by the Office for National Statistics, the once-in-a-decade survey is the most accurate estimate of all the people and households in England and Wales.
