Ahead of Valentine's Day, Fleet Lions Club is encouraging local residents to purchase prostate cancer home testing kits for a subsidised fee.
Working alongside the Graham Fulford Trust, the community group, based in Fleet, Hampshire, is offering men aged 40 to 70 a simple finger prick test that can be done at home for 50% less than the usual price.

A developer who has started construction on Station Road in Hook in Hampshire is appealing to people to suggest a name for the new development.
McCarthy Stone’s What’s in a Name competition, is asking Hampshire residents to come up with name ideas for the new retirement living development.
The winning entrant will receive £100.

An estate agency with branches in Fleet and Yateley in Hampshire has been helping school children as they adapt to home learning during lockdown.
Romans have been offering to print work off for free for local school children who are unable to at home.
Printing is only available to those in the local area, with government coronavirus guidelines and social distancing adhered to when printing is collected.

The generosity of the local community has helped Fleet Rotary raise £4,822 in donations for good causes.
In the run up to Christmas Day, the club, based in Fleet, Hampshire, raised money with static collections outside the Hart Shopping Mall and the Santa Stories initiative.
