A pre-school nursery hosted its own festival complete with singing, dancing and even festival wristbands.
Good as Gold nursery in Waterfoot, Rossendale, Lancashire hosted a ‘Goldfest’ festival with singing on stage.
Before the performances the children had to sign their passes and were issued with wristbands.
They then visited the body art booth to add a bit of glitter and sparkle before they took to the stage.
Headteacher Kimberley Hartley said: “We had lots of bunting, tents for glamping, circus skills activities, balloon modelling and bubbles as well as a barbeque for lunch and a picnic for tea.
“The children had a fantastic day, with one of the children exclaiming it was the best day ever, and were very tired at home time!"
