Learn about volunteer management at a workshop taking place in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Join this workshop to learn more about a range of topics including good practice in recruitment induction, development of roles and policies, valuing volunteers, volunteers and the law, volunteering on benefits and dealing with problems.
The session is designed to help groups find and keep good volunteers for longer.
Course materials include specimen documents and templates that can be used by groups to generate their own projects.
It is happening on Wednesday, April 25. It takes place at the volunteer centre in Denton Road.
The cost of the workshop is £20 and includes a light lunch and course materials or £25 for groups outside Wokingham Borough.
