Leek accountancy firm expands

A Leek firm has started the new year by expanding its staff.
Thompson Wright Limited has appointed two new employees at their Leek office in Staffordshire.
The firm, which also has offices based in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Hale has welcomed Joanne Titley as a client portfolio manager and Becky Kirk as an accounts assistant to the growing team at Leek.
Joanne has many years of experience in the accounting industry working with different sectors, including agricultural and construction, and has worked in Leek for 25 years.
Her area of expertise is vast, from accounts and taxation to VAT and book-keeping.
Speaking about her new role, Joanne said: “I am very pleased to join Thompson Wright and look forward to getting to know the clients and continuing to provide them with the best advice and support that they currently receive.”
Becky also has 25 years of experience as an accounts assistant and is experienced in a wide range of business sectors – particularly rural and farming.
Welcoming them to the business, director Rachel Buxton, said: “We are excited to have Joanne and Becky join us.
