Leicester Philharmonic Choir are performing Bach’s St John Passion

Leicester Philharmonic Choir are performing Bach’s St John Passion on April 2 in Leicester.    

This is the second concert of the 2022 season and ‘the Phil’ have said they are thrilled to be back performing live.

Performing with the choir are: Conductor: Stephen Bullamore, Orchestra: Musica, Donum Dei (period instruments), Tenor: Guy Withers (Evangelist), Soprano: Alexandra Kidgell, Countertenor: Benjamin Williamson, Bass: Ossian Huskinson.

Tickets are £15, £10 and for under 25s, £5. The ticket also includes a glass of wine or soft drink.

The event will take place at Church of St James the Greater, London Road, Leicester, and you can get tickets here.
