Luxury hamper up for grabs for lucky Sevenoaks resident

One lucky resident in the Sevenoaks district will have the chance to win a luxury hamper containing gifts worth £100 in a competition organised by Sevenoaks District Council.
The hamper includes locally sourced products from Westerham Brewery, the Hop Shop at Castle Farm, Ten Acres Shop, the Sevenoaks Candle Company and more. The competition aims to promote local produce, encourage residents to shop locally and recommend their favourite venues.
Cabinet member for people and places, Councillor Lesley Dyball, said: “We’re incredibly lucky to have amazing independent shops, eateries and locally-sourced produce in our district, and this hamper offers a sample of the best the area has to offer.”
“Worth over £100, this one-off hamper would make a fantastic Christmas gift and includes food, drink and home items.
“All you need to do is head over to the council’s Facebook page, find the post regarding the hamper and put a comment under it stating your favourite independent shop or hospitality spot in the district before December 15.”
