Malmesbury teenager sets up Covid-19 relief website for his local community
The website aims to provide elderly, and other vulnerable residents a means of accessing valuable services during lockdown proceedings.

After feeling concerned for vulnerable residents within his local community, Ben Thornbury, 14 from Malmesbury, Wiltshire, decided to set up a website that provides the contact information of local volunteers.
Ben has also considered residents who do not have internet access, and has included a downloadable sign-up sheet that may be posted through the doors of those at-risk.
At present, the website contains 65 contributors who are offering a variety of services, including prescription collection, grocery shopping, dog walking and welfare checks via telephone.
