A family run online florist has shown its commitment to delivering happiness on Mother's Day by donating lovely blooms to local schools across Nottingham.
The donation saw Bunches gift 200 bouquets to Hucknall National C of E Primary School and Rufford Primary and Nursery School.
Pupils were given the chance to gift the flowers to the wonderful women in their lives, ahead of Mother's Day, which is this Sunday (March 14).
Hucknall National C of E Primary held a competition asking children to create pictures, poems, and letters explaining why their mum or special female figure deserves a beautiful bouquet, to be in with a chance of winning the flowers.

Dani Turner, customer experience director at Bunches, said: "It was lovely to be able to spread joy to so many families for Mother’s Day, especially after such a challenging year of home-schooling and separation from loved ones. We really hope all the ladies enjoy receiving their blooms.
"Giving something back to the community is really important to us and seeing the children’s faces light up when we gave them the flowers made it even more special."
Sarah Barratt, headteacher at Hucknall National C of E Primary, said: “It has been wonderful to celebrate with all of our families and give them some beautiful flowers.
"All the parents have worked so hard to either educate their children at home or on the front-line as key workers and it is so important that we recognise and give thanks for the immense contribution that they have made to our pupils and the whole community.
"It has also been fantastic to acknowledge our dedicated staff at Hucknall National Primary School, who have been so committed to providing the absolute best for all of our pupils in such very challenging circumstances."
