One to one support available for mental well-being in Manchester
During the coronavirus lockdown, people may be experiencing poor mental health, and 'Self Help' is here to help.

People are able to receive one-to-one support and structured courses from 'Self Help' which is aimed at those experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and sleep related issues.
Despite the coronavirus lockdown, one-to-one appointments that would normally be delivered in person are taking place via phone, or video call, for example.
They also provide talking therapies, eTherapy services and drop-in groups to help support people who may be struggling in lockdown, and beyond.
To access the free 'Self Help' service you must be registered with a GP in Manchester, Stockport, Cheshire, Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton, Tameside, Glossop, Salford and Trafford, Greater Manchester.
