Overwhelming demand for Nottingham charity music event as tickets sell rapidly
A community news update from your area
Nottingham Hot Property, the city’s premier annual charity music event, is urging local businesses to secure their attendance swiftly after overwhelming demand saw over three quarters of its available tickets snapped up for the upcoming 20th anniversary show. Scheduled for July 11 at the renowned entertainment, dining, and leisure destination Binks Yard, this year’s event promises an epic summer festival atmosphere.
Performances will feature talents from the East Midlands property and construction sector. The funds raised from ticket sales and donations from this year’s event will go towards supporting the work of Leicestershire-based Alex’s Wish.
Themed ‘Summer Vibes,’ the event will showcase true festival classics, complemented by Binks Yard’s iconic outdoor terrace and state-of-the-art stage. Attendees can enjoy a selection of specially curated food and drink options as they bask in the summer sun, all while supporting a worthy cause.

Over the past two decades, Nottingham Hot Property has raised over £383,000 for various local children’s causes across the East Midlands, aiming to support and improve young lives. Siobhan Goodacre, Hot Property Trustee, said: “We’re thrilled with the success of ticket sales this year - it’s a testament to the hard work of our trustees and supporters over the past 20 years.
"Nottingham Hot Property has become a must-attend event for our region’s top industry professionals. This year is no exception, with over three-quarters of tickets sold already.
"We encourage anyone planning to attend to book quickly, as demand remains high. Help us raise as much as possible for the fantastic Alex’s Wish.”
Alex’s Wish, dedicated to eradicating Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, an aggressive form affecting 1 in every 3,500 boys born, was founded by Emma and Andy Hallam after their now 18-year-old son Alex, was diagnosed just before his fourth birthday.

Emma Hallam, founder of Alex’s Wish, said: “As this year's chosen charity, we’re incredibly excited to be part of what promises to be an unforgettable night. The funds raised will support our ‘Fill our Hearts with Hope’ Cardiac Heart Grant Call project, which aims to develop innovative treatments for weakening heart muscles, a critical survival determinant in Duchenne.”
This year’s event sponsors include Pulse Consult, Selcon, Chord Consult, and Keepmoat Homes as headline sponsors, alongside HWA Consulting, Morgan Sindall Construction, CPMG, Marrons Shakespeare, Pick Everard, and Atkins Realis. GT3 Architects is the t-shirt sponsor, with additional support from PR agency Cartwright Communications and design agency SANDBOX.
Tickets start at £30 for bulk purchases (10 or more) and £36 for general admission. Sponsorship packages are still available. To buy tickets, visit Ticket Tailor.
