Planning applications determined with Rochdale Borough Council up to the week ending February 25 include:
- An application for a non-material amendment to a previously submitted application, to allow for the substitution of the approved brick type from Forterra Leicestershire Russet to Forterra Harborough Buff on the remaining plots, at the site of former Hill Top Primary School, Hill Top Drive, Rochdale, has been granted subject to conditions.
