Police appeal after vehicle tyres damaged in Hartland

Police are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle was damaged in Hartland, Devon.
The incident happened between 10pm on Saturday, January 2 and 9am on Sunday, January 3 at Vicarage Close, in which two tyres were damaged.
