Festive residents on a street in Tytherington, Macclesfield, Cheshire, are transforming their homes into a giant advent calendar.
People on Pool End Road are taking it in turns to decorate their house during the days of advent.
Janet and Philip Riley had their turn on Saturday, December 5, and their house became an old-fashioned toy shop.
Daughter Katie Reid said: "I think it’s brilliant, such a lovely community-spirited idea."
