Planning applications decided by Rochdale Borough Council up to the week ending Friday, September 2, include:

  • An application for a non-material amendment to planning permission for Wellfield Medical Practice, Oldham Road, Rochdale, to extend the approved extension on the west elevation by 900mm. Status: Approved subject to conditions.
  • An application for a non-material amendment following planning permission for the relocation of a proposed substation on land at Royle Road, Rochdale, including alterations to the substation scale and appearance. Status: Approved subject to conditions.
  • A resubmitted application for the change of use of a first and second floor from beautician (Sui Generis) to two self-contained flats (Use Class C3) at 91A Yorkshire Street, Rochdale.
