Rotary charity cycle to return this July
A community news update from your area
Channel's Annual Cycle Challenge is back again for 2024. Now in its 10th year, it is always a very enjoyable day for everyone taking part and there is a challenge to suit all.. For those who are really keen then they can choose the 80 mile (125km) route, which proved very popular last time, or maybe just a gentle 30 mile summer outing.
This event is designed to have something for everyone so you can choose from 30, 50 or 80 mile routes to suit you, your team, friends and family. It starts at the Star Inn at St Mary on the Marsh and with arguably the flattest cycle ride in the country takes in all the beauty of Romney Marsh.

It is a well signed and marshalled route with a refreshment stop. An event for everyone.
This year’s ride is raising funds for South Kent Mind and other local charities in Folkestone and the surrounding area supported by Channel Rotary. For full details and to book visit www.channelrotarybikeride.org.uk/
Entries are also welcome on the day.
