The Hart School have announced their new principal, who is set to take over in September.
Rachael Sandham, former vice principal, will become the new principal, and is excited to take the school into the next era of history.
Rachael, who has already worked at the Rugeley, Staffordshire school for 16 years, recently led the high school's PPE campaign, raising over £20,000 to make 26,000 face shields for NHS and frontline workers during the coronavirus pandemic.
She said: "I'm extremely passionate about providing the best possible learning opportunities and experiences for all students, irrespective of their strengths, challenges and needs.
"Every single person has the right to a good education because as well as changing lives, education creates opportunities and makes our world a better place to live and work in.
"I'm absolutely convinced that the key to pupil success is raising aspirations and expectations by positively rewarding students for their achievements, and building their confidence up through knowledge, belief, and self-esteem."
Rachael will take over from Chris Keen, who has been a principal at the school since 2014, and has overseen huge changes, including a merger, and significant investment into improving facilities.
