Planning applications decided by Mendip District Council last week include:

• Tree works at Monks Mill, Shop Lane, Pilton. TCA approval.
• Approval of details reserved by conditions 6 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) on planning consent 2020/1240/FUL at White Oak Farm, Strap Lane, North Brewham. Approval.
• Application to determine if prior approval is required for the installation of 415 x 385W solar PV panels on the roof of a non-domestic building at Evercreech Waste Transfer Station, Evercreech Junction, Evercreech. Prior approval not required.
• Extension and alterations to bungalow at Beans Land Farm, Long Lane, Wanstrow. Approval.
• Single-storey flat roof rear extension and single-storey pitched roof front extension at 14 Crane Cottages, Piers Road to Turnpike Lane, Cranmore. Approval.
• Single storey extension at 85 Mendip Vale, Coleford. Approval.
• Two-storey rear extension at The Cottage, Highbury Street, Coleford. Approval.
