Slough community groups invited to Tesco Bags of Help workshop

Scout and guide gangs, village clubs and community groups are being invited to a free fundraising workshop.
The Tesco Bags of Help scheme is hosting the event at Chalvey Community Centre in The Green from 10am to 1pm on Wednesday, March 21.
The charitable scheme run by the supermarket giant regularaly donates between £1,000 and £4,000 of funding for projects that benefit the community.
This could be by providing improvements to a building (i.e. scout/guide hut, church, village hall, community sports hall), buying equipment for clubs or developing outside space the whole community can enjoy.
During the event in Slough, Berkshire, guests will be shown how to apply to the scheme and get answers to any questions they may have.
