The new society is looking for green-fingered members of the community to get involved when lockdown restrictions are lifted.

Spalding Gardeners is a new society that has been formed to bring people together in Spalding, Lincolnshire, to exchange ideas, share their love of horticulture and help each other improve their gardens.
Founder, Charles Sharp, is encouraging people to register their interest in joining the society, so that social activity can get underway when current lockdown restrictions are lifted.
He said: "I am hoping to get as many people as possible involved. I'm also hoping to get local garden centres involved to offer members discounts on purchases."
The group will also aim to support members of the community who need help getting started with gardening by providing basic tools, seeds, plants and fertilisers.
