Stafford company named as finalist for Service Excellence 2023 FSB award
Based in Shire Hall, Red Box Web Design is proud to have been to be shortlisted and recognised
Red Box Web Design has been announced as finalist for an FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) Award for Service Excellence.
Based in the heart of Stafford at Shire Hall, the business is proud to be shortlisted and recognised for its commitment to providing customers with outstanding customer service.
Since launching more than 16 years ago, the Red Box team continues to implement new and improved ways of working, regularly reviewing client feedback, embracing new technology and constantly looking for ways to enhance their customer experience.
To be in with a chance of winning the FSB Award for Service Excellence, Red Box needed to:
- Demonstrate their commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
- Showcase how they have gone above and beyond, plus the benefits to their business by putting their customers first.
- Demonstrate how the business has responded to changing customer needs and expectations.
Owner Rob Mackley, pictured front and centre above, said: “Being shortlisted for the Regional Service Excellence award by the FSB is a fantastic achievement that the Red Box team are immensely proud of.

The FSB Regional Awards Final will be taking place at RAF Cosford on Wednesday, March 22 2023. The Red Box Team will be there to celebrate the success of other local businesses in the region.
