This week, various planning applications have been submitted to Swansea Council.

The below list contains part one of planning applications that became valid in the previous week:

  • Change of use from residential garage into a dog grooming studio - Removal of condition 5 of planning permission 2021/1534/FUL granted July 27, 2021 to allow more than two clients in any one day at 7 Lambs Well Close, Langland, Swansea.
  • Construction of a single-storey drive thru unit (Class A1) with 22 associated car parking spaces and landscaping works - Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 2020/0401/FUL granted November 17, 2020 to allow an amendment to the access at Fabian Way, Port Tennant, Swansea.
  • Tree works at 1 - 3 Newton Road, Mumbles, Swansea.
  • Discharge of condition 13 (travel plan) of planning permission 2021/2116/FUL granted November 5, 2021 at Land Off Heron Drive, Swansea Vale, Swansea.
  • Pre-application Enquiry - Single-storey rear extension and rear decked area at 1 Oakland Road, Mumbles, Swansea.

  • Rear roof extension and conversion of first and second-floor to a two-bedroom maisonette and use of ground-floor within Class A1 (Retail) or Class A2 (Financial and Professional Services) or Class A3 (Food and Drink) at 32 Mansel Street, Mount Pleasant, Swansea.
  • Detached outbuilding at 46 Bryntirion Road, Pontlliw, Swansea.
  • Part two-storey/part single-storey rear extension and rear roof light at 82 Jersey Road, Bonymaen, Swansea.
  • Tree work at 10 Glan Yr Afon Road, Sketty, Swansea.
  • Change of use from hairdressing salon (Class A1) to a dog grooming parlour/pet supplies (Unique Use) at 2A Queens Road, Mumbles, Swansea.
  • Single-storey rear extension and decked area - Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 2020/0304/FUL granted 21st April 2020 to allow for the pitched roof of the single-storey rear extension to be replaced with a flat roof with a roof lantern at 78 Manor Road, Manselton, Swansea.
  • Demolition of Unit 1 and partial demolition of Unit 2 to enable the erection of a drive-thru restaurant (Class A3) together with ancillary works and alterations and extension to existing retaining wall at Units 1, 2 A & B, Parc Fforestfach, Cadle, Swansea.
