Various planning applications have been submitted to Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, with some decisions being made also.

Planning applications received by Tameside Council last week include:

  • Approval of the details (namely the scale, appearance and landscaping) of the development of a 2, 4-bed detached houses following the grant of outline planning permission (ref. 19/00883/OUT) at Land At Godley Brook Lane, Hyde, Tameside.
  • Change of use from Light industrial to 9 bed, 9 person HMO (Sui Generis) reinstating windows to front and rear elevations. At 3 Howards Court, OL6 6AW.

Planning applications decided by Tameside Council last week include:

  • Non-material amendment (revision to layout) to planning permission ref. 20/00347/FUL - Erection of a new 167 sq. m (GIA) building in Use Class A1/A3 (shop/food drink) with "drive-thru" facility and associated physical works to site layout.   • Two storey side/rear extension, single storey rear extension and single storey front extension (Resubmission further to 20/00925/FUL) at 8 Crossfield Close, Stalybridge, Tameside. Application Permitted.
  • Demolish existing conservatory to side of dwelling. Build new single storey pitched roof side and rear extension at 32 Lydgate Close, Denton, Tameside. Application Permitted.
  • Prior approval under Part 18 of the General Permitted Development Order: Works to reconstruct the Sunnyside Lane, Droylsden rail bridge. At Railway Bridge At Sunnyside Lane, Droylsden, Tameside. Application Permitted.
  • Single storey side & rear extension at 248 Audenshaw Road, Audenshaw, Tameside. Application Permitted.
  • Proposed single storey rear extension at 2 Green End, Denton. Application Permitted.
  • Single storey pitched roof front extension at 17 Gylden Close, Hyde. Application Permitted.
  • Single storey rear extensions and demolition of existing conservatory at 58 Lancaster Road, Denton. Application Permitted.

  • Proposed two-storey side extension at 68 Mount Pleasant Road, Denton. Application Permitted.
  • Single storey conservatory extension to rear at 13 Kensington Avenue, Ashton-Under-Lyne. Application Permitted.
  • Proposed hip to gable loft conversion at 105 North Road, Audenshaw. Application Permitted.
  • Approval of details reserved by condition 2 (Materials), 7 (In Part) (Site Investigation Works), 12 (Construction Management Plan) and 13 (Drainage) of planning permission 19/00533/FUL (Two storey building to create 5 No. 1 bedroomed apartments used for supported housing, layout new vehicular access off Market Street and associated landscaping works).   • Approval of details reserved by conditions 12 (ground conditions), 13 (antenna) and 15 (external lighting) of planning permission ref. 15/01110/FUL - Development for 3 bungalows, 3 terraced houses, 4 semi-detached houses and 21 apartments (in 2 blocks) on 3 parcels of land.
